1942 - 1949Father Joseph Kane was born on October 21, 1912 in St. Louis, Missouri. He attended the St. Louis Theological Seminary (Kenrick Seminary) also in St. Louis.
He was ordained in Lincoln Nebraska on September 18, 1938.
Known for the maintenance he had done to both the Fruita church and the Palisade Mission. Including, the addition of an office in the Rectory (front porch was enclosed) and the replacement of 32 panes of damaged stained glass.
